Dr. Adnan Memon, MD is a graduate physician and Match aspirant (2027 cycle). Like every USMLE candidate, he spent his own Step journey trying to turn dense clinical knowledge into something he could actually recall under exam pressure.

So he started sketching flowcharts — simple, branching yes/no diagrams that mapped out how to move from a chief complaint to a diagnosis, the same way a clinician reasons through a case at the bedside. They were never meant to be public. They were his own study notes.

When he began posting them on Instagram to keep himself accountable, other students preparing for the same exams started asking for more. That page has since grown into a community of 24,000+ followers, alongside a Facebook page of 20,000+, and a growing YouTube channel walking through the reasoning behind each flowchart.
